Course Overview:

Earning the title of Certified Delphi Sales Professional (CDSP) will provide participants with a distinct advantage in the hospitality profession.

As a CDSP you will understand how to leverage the latest cutting-edge tools in Delphi to jump ahead of the competition. Delphi is your most valuable sales tool, and you will know how to take advantage of the right features. The first part of the course takes the concepts of “Sales 101” and demonstrates the most effective way to complete the associated tasks in Delphi. The day is rounded out with more advanced tips and tricks, addressing the most common scenarios faced by the Hospitality Sales Manager working in today’s market.

In today’s competitive market, your sales team has no time to waste when responding to leads and prospecting for new business. The skills taught in the CDSP course are targeted to optimize the efficiency of performing these core tasks as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of the information in Delphi.

Immediately following the course, attendees will have the skills to reduce the time spent on daily tasks in Delphi by a minimum of 5 minutes per day. If you have 5 daily Delphi users in your office, you are gaining 108 hours (more than 2 weeks) of selling time over the course of a year.

Course Pricing:

$495 includes: One full day of instructor-led training and one opportunity to take the course exam. Certification will be granted with a passing exam score of 80% or higher. Additional course exam attempts may be purchased as necessary.

Cancellation: Certification course cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations received by the Monday prior to your scheduled course will receive a credit for course participation on a future date.

Substitutions: Substitutions within a company are acceptable and must be made by the Monday prior to your scheduled course.

Non-attendance or non-payment without notification will incur the full conference fee.

Please note that Newmarket International reserves the right to cancel the course if minimum class registrations are not received. In the event of such cancellation, registrants will be notified a minimum of two weeks prior to the course and full refunds will be granted.

A - The course is one full day of instructor-led, hands-on training. Sessions will begin at 8:00am and will end at 5:00pm.

Q - When do I take the course exam?

A - At the conclusion of the day you will be provided with details on how to access our eLearning site to take the course exam. You may take this exam when it bests fits your schedule.

Q - Where can I make reservations for my hotel stay?

A - The training facility in each city has negotiated discounted rates for course attendees at area hotels. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an email confirmation with details on how you can reserve a room at one of the area hotels.
